ABOUT US
M. J. (Joe) Hoover, III is a graduate of the University of Richmond.

At the University of Richmond, Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. Joe is also obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. In the course of his career, Joe has served as staff attorney and in-house counsel to several corporate entities in the fields of insurance and health care. As a litigator, Joe has served as defense and plaintiff’s counsel in employment and personal injury litigation. Joe comes from a family of physicians, lawyers and clergymen. Joe was immersed in medicine throughout his career beginning in his early days learning at his father’s knee. Joe draws upon his years of experience in the corporate world in litigating employment cases.
